Goal
  • To reinforce and elevate Indigenous women’s voices and to mobilize Indigenous women and our allies to act on issues of concern to our communities.

Overview


The magazine is entirely written by Indigenous Women activists and grassroots workers in the movement from across the Americas. The magazine is a conduit to:

  • Highlight the work of Indigenous women

  • To bring attention to critical issues of Indigenous communities

  • To share prototypes and best practices of projects and models for sustainable community development

  • To disseminate information and provide education on Indigenous issues

  • To create a network of Indigenous women and their communities for discussion and support purposes

  • To demonstrate “concrete” outcomes of Indigenous Women’s Network programs

  • To assist in fundraising for organization programs and projects
